TIMOTHY M. BUNSIC (tbunsic@anselbunsicmiller.com) was born and raised in Binghamton, New York. After graduating from Susquehanna Valley High School in 1994 he attended college and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Justice from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Oswego in 1998. Mr. Bunsic then attended his first year of law school at Touro Law Center in Huntington, New York. Following his desires to live in South Florida, he transferred to the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida for his remaining two years of law school. While at Nova Southeastern University he was a member of the business law society and criminal law society. Likewise, while at Nova Southeastern University he participated in American Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA) mock trials and moot court competitions. During his final semester, he was certified by the Florida Supreme Court to internship with the Broward County Public Defenders office where he represented countless juvenile’s facing criminal charges.

Mr. Bunsic obtained his law degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2002 and became a member of the Florida Bar that same year. He is also a member of the Federal Bar for the Southern District of Florida. At The Law Offices of Ansel, Bunsic & Miller, L.L.C., Mr. Bunsic handles a wide range of cases consisting of wrongful death, personal injuries and all aspects of civil litigation as well as representing juveniles in criminal proceedings.
