ERIC L. ANSEL (eansel@anselbunsicmiller.com) is the senior partner of The Law Offices of Ansel, Bunsic & Miller, L.L.C. He was born in 1948 in Hollywood, Florida and has remained a member of the community ever since. He has spent his entire career as a trial attorney representing injured individuals only. Mr. Ansel’s main focus is handling cases wherein individuals are injured in either trucking or automobile accidents, admiralty, and premise liability and product liability matters.

Mr. Ansel’s passion for the law and the courtroom was established early when he was hired as a bailiff in the Dade County Courthouse during his final two years of law school. He takes pride in his cause to help injured parties by representing people the way they would want to represent themselves if they had his education and experience. He has been lead counsel in numerous multi-million dollar cases. Mr. Ansel obtained his bachelors degree from the University of Florida in 1971 and his law degree from the University of Miami in 1975. He has been an active member of the Florida Bar for over twenty-five years. He also is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association.
